Overview

The African Maritime Art Exhibition (AMAE) proudly unveils its fourth edition, themed “A Thousand Words from the Blue.” This edition unites art, the blue economy, and environmental sustainability, fostering dialogue, diverse perspectives, and impactful creative expression. Through creative activism, AMAE explores how art can shape maritime policy, drive sustainable growth, and inspire ocean conservation. The program features curated artworks, insightful panels, and fireside conversations with visionary leaders, blending imagination with industry insight.

At the heart of AMAE lies the belief that art is a bridge between culture, science, and the sea—translating complex maritime realities into powerful visual stories that awaken awareness and action for a sustainable blue future.
