THEME: The Convergence... Maritime Meets ICT

The Maritime/Marine sector is highly Information Communication Technology reliant. From trade to transportation, connectivity to security, hydrography and research etc, technology plays an integral part in the operations of port organisations and stakeholders, and as the demand for swift, precise processing and exchange of data heightens, the African Maritime Art Exhibition (AMAE) 2023 will elucidate discourse and Art on the subject.

“The Convergence…Maritime Meets ICT” hopes to capture technology as the bridge to safe and secure operations, and to open up the Maritime sector to up-to-date information and best practices. Proper management of systems, container-tracking systems, operational applications for ports, updated approaches for the use of information communication technology, secure financial transactions, ICT in supply-chain management and for a sustainable environment will form the core of the discourse and exhibition.

As nations and establishments seek greener and smarter shipping, AMAE 2023 is the indispensable resource for the maritime community.
